J3 Advisory has placed structural warranty insurance on £26m worth of new project commissions from South East residential property developers, Skillcrown Homes & Epicho.
The pair commissioned J3 to arrange insurance on a collection of projects, which will deliver affordable flats, shared ownership apartments, and luxury homes.

The projects include a six-storey building with 22 shared ownership apartments and commercial space on the ground floor, which is being constructed on behalf of PA Housing. Construction is set to complete in April 2023.
The second scheme comprises of nine new luxury homes in a gated residential development in Westerham. The new properties will include three bungalows and six detached houses, all finished to a high specification with luxury fittings and fixtures, private gardens, and parking spaces. Work is already underway on the project and is due to be completed next year.
