Capital & Centric’s plan will see one of Manchester’s last remaining mills transformed into 190 design-led homes with a lush, green courtyard for residents to kick back in. The flats will be split across the historic textile mill, on Ellesmere Street, and a new building on Worsley Street.

It was a pleasure working with Scott and the rest of the team at C&C to source and place the A-rated structural warranty policy for this iconic project. It’s also another example of J3’s commitment to providing robust insurance solutions for large-scale BTR & PBSA developers and on a full reinstatement value basis.
